The company has 60 years of casting experience, has medium frequency induction smelting equipment and a full set of resin sand molding production line, complete testing means, has a furnace chemical composition analyzer - spectrometer, Japan's original furnace front rapid carbon fixed silicon analyzer, plug-in digital temperature measuring gun, multi-function portable hardness tester, metallographic analysis microscope, flaw detector and other advanced equipment, in May 2013 the company invested heavily in the establishment of raw material chemical analysis laboratory, and installed heat treatment quenching oil monitoring equipment. At present, the foundry has an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of equipment accessories blanks.
